1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VaultSync Solutions products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Products & Licenses
KFS (Kolmogorov File System): Licensed per-device. Demo versions are limited to 90 days. Full licenses are perpetual for the purchased version.
SyncSearch: Licensed per-website or per-server. Annual subscription includes updates and support.
Enterprise Licenses: Custom terms available upon request.
3. Intellectual Property
All VaultSync products are protected by copyright and patent law.
Patent Notice: SyncSearch is protected by U.S. Patent Application No. 63/909,979 (Patent Pending).
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Redistribute or resell our software without authorization
- Remove or alter patent/copyright notices
- Use our products for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent license restrictions
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
VaultSync Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
7. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and destroy all copies of our software.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA.
